WEDDING FAQ'S
Q: Can I book a wedding package and add on additional services after?
A: Yes, additional services may be added on after booking. We just request that services like "Same Day Editing" and or "Additional Videographers" be added no less than 90 days prior to your wedding date.
Q: What is an "Extended Film"?
A: Our "Extended Film" option is perfect for couple's who are looking to go beyond a highlight film and include full edits of the days events i.e. full ceremony, speeches, first dances, reception coverage and more! These films are more documentary style and range from 30 minutes to 2 hours in length.
Q: How are the videos delivery?
A: All films are delivered through a digital download link which can be shared with friends and family. We also have a USB and external hard drive delivery options as well.
Q: What are the main differences of the wedding packages?
A: All of our packages will provide in depth coverage of your wedding day. However, as you begin to book packages with more hours, you will not only have a longer, more cinematic wedding film but you will also have more of your wedding day covered which means more priceless moments will be captured and added to the film! You will also receive more film edits like the full ceremony, speeches, and more!
Q: How long until I receive my wedding video(s)?
A: Turnaround time can be 45 to 60 days from the wedding date. However, we usually get videos sent much quicker, we like to factor in extra time for the busy season (May - October).
COMMERCIAL & REAL ESTATE FAQ'S
Q: How do I book a commercial shoot?
A: With our commercial shoots, we usually request a discovery call with our team to learn more about what the shoot requires and the details involved. Once the discovery call is completed, we will coordinate shoot dates.
Q: Is branding included in the video?
A: Yes, we offer both branded and unbranded video options with all of our commercial shoots upon request.
Q: What do we need to prepare for leading up to the commercial shoot?
A: We request that any locations, materials or participants that are being provided are on-time and ready. We will have a few calls ahead of time to make sure you have everything you need before the shoot!
Q: What is the turnaround time for Real Estate photos/videos?
A: All real estate photos are delivered within 24 hours of the end of the shoot. Our real estate videos are typically delivered within 1 to 3 days from the time of the shoot.
Q: How much are the commercial shoots?
A: Since every shoot is unique, we do not have a one price fits all approach. We ask those interested to hop on a call with us so we can further break down clients needs and what the shoot requires.
